Ils autorisent l\u2019adh\u00e9sion du Togo \u00e0 d\u2019importants instruments juridiques internationaux en mati\u00e8re de gestion des risques nucl\u00e9aires.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ces textes ouvrent la voie \u00e0 l\u2019adh\u00e9sion du pays \u00e0 la Convention sur la notification rapide d\u2019un accident nucl\u00e9aire, \u00e0 la Convention sur l\u2019assistance en cas d\u2019accident nucl\u00e9aire ou de situation d\u2019urgence radiologique, ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019amendement de la Convention sur la protection physique des mati\u00e8res nucl\u00e9aires. Objectif, am\u00e9liorer la pr\u00e9vention, la transparence et la r\u00e9ponse face aux incidents nucl\u00e9aires ou radiologiques.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Selon les autorit\u00e9s togolaises, ces conventions internationales visent \u00e0 garantir une circulation rapide et fiable de l\u2019information en cas d\u2019accident, \u00e0 faciliter l\u2019assistance internationale d\u2019urgence et \u00e0 renforcer la coop\u00e9ration entre \u00c9tats dans la gestion des risques li\u00e9s au nucl\u00e9aire. Elles constituent un socle essentiel pour la s\u00fbret\u00e9 nucl\u00e9aire, m\u00eame en l\u2019absence d\u2019une industrie nucl\u00e9aire civile pleinement d\u00e9velopp\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour le Togo, cette d\u00e9marche s\u2019inscrit dans une logique de consolidation des m\u00e9canismes nationaux de pr\u00e9vention et de r\u00e9ponse.
