Le constat est sans appel. Sous le regard attentif de certains usagers de la voie longeant l\u2019ancien march\u00e9 de Cococodji, d\u00e9sormais vid\u00e9 de toute activit\u00e9, plusieurs individus s\u2019affairent encore \u00e0 fouiller l\u2019espace ou \u00e0 trier les d\u00e9bris laiss\u00e9s par la d\u00e9molition.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cette intervention, qui marque la fin d\u00e9finitive de l\u2019exploitation de l\u2019ancien march\u00e9, poursuit un objectif clair : orienter l\u2019ensemble des commer\u00e7ants vers la nouvelle infrastructure, con\u00e7ue pour r\u00e9pondre aux normes modernes d\u2019organisation, d\u2019hygi\u00e8ne et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Que sait-on du nouveau march\u00e9 ?<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-79249\" src=\"https:\/\/lepotentiel.bj\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/1769500959727-300x169.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"169\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lepotentiel.bj\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/1769500959727-300x169.jpg 300w, https:\/\/lepotentiel.bj\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/1769500959727.jpg 720w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00c9tendu sur une superficie de quatre hectares, au c\u0153ur d\u2019un domaine global de dix hectares, le nouveau march\u00e9 de Cococodji comprend 1 456 \u00e9tals r\u00e9partis par secteurs d\u2019activit\u00e9, afin de fluidifier la circulation des usagers et d\u2019am\u00e9liorer l\u2019organisation des ventes. Des espaces sp\u00e9cifiques sont r\u00e9serv\u00e9s \u00e0 la restauration, \u00e0 la boucherie et \u00e0 la poissonnerie.<br \/>\nLe complexe dispose \u00e9galement de 172 boutiques ferm\u00e9es destin\u00e9es aux commer\u00e7ants n\u00e9cessitant des locaux permanents. Une gare routi\u00e8re int\u00e9gr\u00e9e facilite l\u2019acc\u00e8s au site et le transport des marchandises. \u00c0 cela s\u2019ajoutent une zone d\u00e9di\u00e9e \u00e0 la vente d\u2019animaux vivants, un espace r\u00e9serv\u00e9 au commerce de demi-gros ainsi que deux chambres froides destin\u00e9es \u00e0 la conservation des denr\u00e9es p\u00e9rissables.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Un d\u00e9ploiement progressif, \u00e0 l\u2019image de PK3<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-79252\" src=\"https:\/\/lepotentiel.bj\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/img_1769501471619-200x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/lepotentiel.bj\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/img_1769501471619-200x300.jpg 200w, https:\/\/lepotentiel.bj\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/img_1769501471619-683x1024.jpg 683w, https:\/\/lepotentiel.bj\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/img_1769501471619-768x1151.jpg 768w, https:\/\/lepotentiel.bj\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/01\/img_1769501471619.jpg 866w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 200px) 100vw, 200px\" \/><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Contrairement au march\u00e9 de PK3, ouvert depuis le vendredi 23 janvier 2026, celui de Cococodji entre en service quelques jours plus tard.
