Pendant des ann\u00e9es, ces agents ont travaill\u00e9 au contact du patrimoine national, avec une r\u00e9mun\u00e9ration instable, li\u00e9e aux recettes des tickets d\u2019entr\u00e9e.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Dans les mus\u00e9es publics, des conservateurs et gestionnaires avaient recrut\u00e9 localement du personnel pour assurer l\u2019accueil, la surveillance et l\u2019entretien. Les salaires d\u00e9pendaient des recettes journali\u00e8res. Un syst\u00e8me fragile, sans r\u00e8gles claires, ni contr\u00f4le rigoureux. Rapidement, des zones d\u2019ombre sont apparues dans la gestion des fonds.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En d\u00e9cembre 2018, l\u2019\u00c9tat a mis fin \u00e0 cette pratique. D\u00e9sormais, toutes les recettes issues de la billetterie sont revers\u00e9es directement au Tr\u00e9sor public. Cons\u00e9quence imm\u00e9diate : les mus\u00e9es n\u2019avaient plus de ressources propres pour payer ces agents. Les contrats ont \u00e9t\u00e9 rompus. Le travail s\u2019est arr\u00eat\u00e9, pas les dettes.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Derri\u00e8re ces ruptures, il y a des familles, des loyers impay\u00e9s, des ann\u00e9es d\u2019attente. Des agents sans statut clair, mais avec des droits. Le droit au salaire, fruit d\u2019un travail r\u00e9el, effectu\u00e9 pour le service public culturel. Face \u00e0 cette situation, le gouvernement a fait un choix \u00e0 port\u00e9e sociale. Il a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de prendre en charge le r\u00e8glement des droits et arri\u00e9r\u00e9s de salaires d\u2019ex agents recrut\u00e9s localement au niveau des mus\u00e9es publics. Une d\u00e9cision qui reconna\u00eet une responsabilit\u00e9 morale et juridique, m\u00eame tardive.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ce r\u00e8glement d\u00e9finitif n\u2019efface pas les ann\u00e9es de pr\u00e9carit\u00e9. Il restaure toutefois une part de dignit\u00e9. Il rappelle aussi une le\u00e7on simple : l\u2019\u00c9tat ne peut b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier d\u2019un travail sans en payer le prix.
