C\u2019est un acte r\u00e9publicain. Devant \u00e9lus, cadres communaux et autorit\u00e9s locales, le pr\u00e9fet Orounla a rappel\u00e9 la continuit\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00c9tat et le sens du service public. Le message est clair, le mandat change de main, la mission reste.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">La maire sortante a pris la parole avec retenue. Elle a remerci\u00e9 ses collaborateurs et les populations. Elle a \u00e9voqu\u00e9 les chantiers engag\u00e9s, sans triomphalisme. Puis elle a souhait\u00e9 r\u00e9ussite \u00e0 son successeur.
