Le mis en cause, actuellement en d\u00e9tention, a comparu le mardi 24 mars 2026 devant le tribunal d\u2019Abomey-Calavi pour des faits d\u2019usurpation d\u2019identit\u00e9 et d\u2019escroquerie. L\u2019affaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 renvoy\u00e9e au 21 avril 2026.<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Selon les \u00e9l\u00e9ments pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019audience de flagrant d\u00e9lit, le pr\u00e9venu aurait approch\u00e9 sa victime en pr\u00e9tendant \u00eatre policier. Il lui aurait affirm\u00e9 d\u00e9tenir un dossier compromettant pouvant entra\u00eener son incarc\u00e9ration rapporte Libre Express. Sous la pression et la peur, la revendeuse aurait vers\u00e9 25 000 FCFA afin de \u201cfaire dispara\u00eetre\u201d ce pr\u00e9tendu dossier. Ce n\u2019est qu\u2019apr\u00e8s coup qu\u2019elle d\u00e9couvre avoir \u00e9t\u00e9 victime d\u2019une arnaque bien orchestr\u00e9e. Rapidement identifi\u00e9, le faux policier a \u00e9t\u00e9 interpell\u00e9 puis plac\u00e9 en d\u00e9tention apr\u00e8s sa pr\u00e9sentation au procureur de la R\u00e9publique. Face au juge, le pr\u00e9venu a reconnu ne pas \u00eatre un agent des forces de l\u2019ordre. Pr\u00e9sente \u00e0 l\u2019audience, la victime s\u2019est constitu\u00e9e partie civile et r\u00e9clame le remboursement int\u00e9gral de la somme escroqu\u00e9e. Apr\u00e8s avoir entendu les diff\u00e9rentes parties, le tribunal a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de renvoyer le dossier au 21 avril 2026 pour compl\u00e9ment d\u2019examen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En attendant cette nouvelle audience, le mis en cause reste en prison.
