L\u2019audience, attendue sur le fond du diff\u00e9rend opposant les camps d\u2019\u00c9ric Hound\u00e9t\u00e9 et de Nour\u00e9nou Atchad\u00e9, a \u00e9t\u00e9 bri\u00e8vement suspendue \u00e0 la suite d\u2019un incident de proc\u00e9dure.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">D\u00e8s l\u2019ouverture des d\u00e9bats, les avocats de l\u2019aile Atchad\u00e9 ont soulev\u00e9 une irr\u00e9gularit\u00e9 li\u00e9e \u00e0 la communication tardive de plusieurs documents par la partie adverse. Ils ont estim\u00e9 ne pas \u00eatre en mesure de plaider sans avoir pr\u00e9alablement pris connaissance de ces pi\u00e8ces avec leurs clients.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En face, la d\u00e9fense du camp Hound\u00e9t\u00e9 a rejet\u00e9 toute anomalie, soutenant que les \u00e9l\u00e9ments du dossier avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 produits dans les d\u00e9lais requis, d\u00e8s l\u2019assignation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Face \u00e0 ce d\u00e9saccord, le tribunal a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de renvoyer l\u2019affaire afin de permettre aux diff\u00e9rentes parties de mieux pr\u00e9parer leurs arguments. La reprise des d\u00e9bats est fix\u00e9e au jeudi 16 avril 2026 \u00e0 16 heures.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">En effet, au c\u0153ur de cette proc\u00e9dure se trouve la contestation de la d\u00e9signation de Nour\u00e9nou Atchad\u00e9 \u00e0 la t\u00eate du parti. Le camp Hound\u00e9t\u00e9 remet en cause la r\u00e9gularit\u00e9 du processus ayant conduit \u00e0 cette nomination et demande l\u2019annulation des actes pos\u00e9s sous son autorit\u00e9.
