Il est poursuivi pour avoir film\u00e9, \u00e0 leur insu, ses voisines alors qu\u2019elles se trouvaient dans leur salle de bain.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Selon les faits pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s \u00e0 l\u2019audience, le mis en cause aurait profit\u00e9 d\u2019une position en hauteur depuis son domicile pour capter des images sans le consentement des victimes. \u00c0 la barre, il a reconnu les faits sans les contester. Poursuivi pour harc\u00e8lement par le biais d\u2019un syst\u00e8me \u00e9lectronique, le pr\u00e9venu a confirm\u00e9 avoir agi seul. Les \u00e9changes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 relativement courts entre les diff\u00e9rentes parties lors de cette premi\u00e8re audience.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Apr\u00e8s examen du dossier, la juridiction a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de renvoyer l\u2019affaire au 15 juin 2026. \u00c0 cette date, le pr\u00e9venu devra de nouveau compara\u00eetre, notamment pour entendre les r\u00e9quisitions du minist\u00e8re public.
