Dans un communiqu\u00e9 radio-t\u00e9l\u00e9vis\u00e9 en date du 4 mai 2026, le ministre de l\u2019Int\u00e9rieur et de la S\u00e9curit\u00e9 publique (MISP), Alassane Seidou, annonce une prorogation de trois mois pour finaliser les d\u00e9marches de r\u00e9gularisation.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u00abPermettre aux organisations concern\u00e9es d\u2019harmoniser leurs statuts\u00bb, tel \u00e9tait l\u2019objectif du d\u00e9lai initial de neuf mois fix\u00e9 par la loi n\u00b02025-19 du 22 juillet 2025 et ses textes d\u2019application. Ce d\u00e9lai, arriv\u00e9 \u00e0 expiration le 3 mai 2026, n\u2019a toutefois pas \u00e9t\u00e9 totalement respect\u00e9, en raison de difficult\u00e9s rencontr\u00e9es par certains promoteurs.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Selon les autorit\u00e9s minist\u00e9rielles, plusieurs d\u2019entre eux n\u2019ont pas pu achever les formalit\u00e9s requises dans les d\u00e9lais, en raison de contraintes techniques, administratives et logistiques. Pour cela, le gouvernement b\u00e9ninois a d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d\u2019octroyer un d\u00e9lai suppl\u00e9mentaire, afin d\u2019\u00e9viter des sanctions automatiques. Durant cette p\u00e9riode compl\u00e9mentaire, les structures concern\u00e9es continueront de b\u00e9n\u00e9ficier de l\u2019accompagnement des services comp\u00e9tents pour finaliser leur mise en conformit\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Un appel \u00e0 la responsabilit\u00e9 des promoteurs<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le ministre invite par ailleurs les responsables d\u2019organisations, tant nationales qu\u2019\u00e9trang\u00e8res, \u00e0 prendre toutes les dispositions n\u00e9cessaires pour se conformer aux textes en vigueur.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cette prorogation s\u2019inscrit par ailleurs, dans le processus d\u2019assainissement et de modernisation du cadre juridique des organisations au B\u00e9nin.
