Le tribunal de Pretoria, en Afrique du Sud, a renvoy\u00e9 le d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019issue de l\u2019audience tenue ce lundi 11 mai 2026.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Arr\u00eat\u00e9 il y a environ un mois, il comparaissait pour la troisi\u00e8me fois devant la justice sud-africaine. La juridiction a examin\u00e9 sa requ\u00eate de mise en libert\u00e9 sous caution, sans toutefois rendre de d\u00e9cision imm\u00e9diate. Lors des pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes audiences, le parquet avait \u00e9voqu\u00e9 des accusations li\u00e9es \u00e0 une pr\u00e9sum\u00e9e pr\u00e9paration d\u2019actes violents en Europe. L\u2019int\u00e9ress\u00e9 rejette cat\u00e9goriquement ces faits, affirmant qu\u2019il s\u2019agit des accusations sans fondement.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Par ailleurs, Kemi Seba fait \u00e9galement l\u2019objet de proc\u00e9dures judiciaires au B\u00e9nin, o\u00f9 il est recherch\u00e9 dans le cadre de mandats d\u2019arr\u00eat internationaux li\u00e9s notamment \u00e0 des accusations de blanchiment de capitaux et d\u2019apologie du terrorisme. D&rsquo;accord ce cas, les autorit\u00e9s b\u00e9ninoises ont engag\u00e9 des d\u00e9marches en vue de son extradition, tandis que ses avocats et soutiens d\u00e9noncent une proc\u00e9dure qu\u2019ils jugent politique.
