L\u2019op\u00e9ration a \u00e9t\u00e9 men\u00e9e dans la nuit du samedi 20 au dimanche 21 juin 2026 par les \u00e9l\u00e9ments du commissariat de l\u2019arrondissement d\u2019Adjaha, au cours de laquelle le mis en cause a \u00e9t\u00e9 arr\u00eat\u00e9 en possession d\u2019une importante cargaison de produits pharmaceutiques contrefaits.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Selon les informations communiqu\u00e9es par la police, l&rsquo;interpellation est intervenue dans le village de Vodom\u00e8, situ\u00e9 dans l&rsquo;arrondissement de Sazu\u00e9, commune de Grand-Popo. Le suspect faisait l&rsquo;objet d&rsquo;une surveillance depuis la bande frontali\u00e8re avant d&rsquo;\u00eatre intercept\u00e9 au niveau de Djanglanmey. Au moment de son arrestation, l&rsquo;homme circulait \u00e0 moto avec des faux m\u00e9dicaments. La marchandise saisie a \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9valu\u00e9e \u00e0 95 kilogrammes apr\u00e8s pes\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Cette op\u00e9ration s&rsquo;inscrit dans les actions engag\u00e9es par les forces de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 pour lutter contre la circulation des produits pharmaceutiques contrefaits, dont les cons\u00e9quences peuvent repr\u00e9senter un risque majeur pour la sant\u00e9 publique.
