Les investisseurs peuvent acqu\u00e9rir des actions \u00e0 partir de 10 titres, au prix de 525 nairas l\u2019unit\u00e9, jusqu\u2019au 13 octobre. L\u2019op\u00e9ration vise \u00e0 mobiliser jusqu\u2019\u00e0 1,6 milliard de dollars pour financer l\u2019expansion du complexe industriel.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le groupe Dangote ambitionne de s\u00e9duire jusqu\u2019\u00e0 10 millions d\u2019actionnaires \u00e0 travers l\u2019Afrique. Cette ouverture du capital traduit la volont\u00e9 du milliardaire nig\u00e9rian Aliko Dangote de permettre \u00e0 un nombre important d\u2019Africains d\u2019investir directement dans l\u2019un des projets industriels les plus importants du continent.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Les ressources mobilis\u00e9es gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette op\u00e9ration boursi\u00e8re doivent principalement servir \u00e0 \u00e9tendre les infrastructures de la raffinerie Dangote, mise en service en 2024 au Nigeria. Le complexe qui fonctionne avec un train de raffinage unique, est pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 comme l\u2019un des \u00e9quipements industriels les plus modernes et automatis\u00e9s au monde. Sa mont\u00e9e en puissance doit permettre au groupe de renforcer ses capacit\u00e9s et de consolider sa pr\u00e9sence sur le march\u00e9 africain des hydrocarbures.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Pour Aliko Dangote, l\u2019ouverture du capital constitue \u00e9galement une occasion d\u2019associer davantage les investisseurs africains au d\u00e9veloppement de cette infrastructure strat\u00e9gique.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Au-del\u00e0 des investisseurs institutionnels, le groupe cible particuli\u00e8rement les petits \u00e9pargnants et investisseurs individuels.
