La d\u00e9cision, sign\u00e9e par le ministre des Enseignements maternel et primaire, Armand Kuyema Natta, prend effet \u00e0 compter du 12 d\u00e9cembre 2025.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Selon la d\u00e9cision minist\u00e9rielle, M. Yebou Komlan, Agent contractuel de droit public de l\u2019\u00c9tat et instituteur adjoint de cat\u00e9gorie C, \u00e9chelle 1, \u00e9chelon 6, est sanctionn\u00e9 \u00e0 la suite d\u2019un abandon de poste. La mesure administrative pr\u00e9voit non seulement la suspension de l\u2019enseignant, mais \u00e9galement la suspension de son mandatement de salaire \u00e0 compter du 12 d\u00e9cembre 2025.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Toutefois, la note pr\u00e9cise que l\u2019int\u00e9ress\u00e9 conserve la totalit\u00e9 de ses allocations familiales.
