Le gouvernement nig\u00e9rien met \u00e9galement en cause la France, convoque l\u2019ambassadeur tchadien et annonce des d\u00e9marches aupr\u00e8s des instances internationales.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Selon le communiqu\u00e9 lu \u00e0 la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision nationale, les faits se seraient produits le 24 octobre vers 1 heure du matin, dans la zone d\u2019Emi Lulu, au nord du Niger, pr\u00e8s de la fronti\u00e8re alg\u00e9rienne. Les autorit\u00e9s nig\u00e9riennes affirment que le drone aurait \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9 depuis le territoire tchadien avec l\u2019appui de la France. Il consid\u00e8re cet incident comme une atteinte \u00e0 sa souverainet\u00e9 et annonce son intention de saisir le conseil de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des Nations unies ainsi que le Conseil de paix et de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 de l\u2019Union africaine.
