Cette d\u00e9claration a \u00e9t\u00e9 faite le 30 octobre 2026, lors d\u2019une rencontre avec son homologue ghan\u00e9en, John Dramani Mahama \u00e0 Moscou en marge du troisi\u00e8me sommet Russie-Afrique. La question du recrutement de Ghan\u00e9ens pour combattre en Ukraine figurait parmi les dossiers abord\u00e9s par les deux dirigeants.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Au cours de cet \u00e9change, le gouvernement ghan\u00e9en a pr\u00e9sent\u00e9 six engagements prioritaires visant \u00e0 renforcer la coop\u00e9ration bilat\u00e9rale entre Accra et Moscou. Ces engagements concernent notamment les secteurs de l\u2019\u00e9nergie, de la d\u00e9fense, de l\u2019agriculture et de l\u2019enseignement sup\u00e9rieur. Le recrutement de citoyens ghan\u00e9ens dans les rangs de l\u2019arm\u00e9e russe a \u00e9galement \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9voqu\u00e9. En r\u00e9alit\u00e9, les inqui\u00e9tudes deviennent croissantes par rapport \u00e0 la participation de ressortissants africains \u00e0 la guerre en Ukraine.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne du recrutement de combattants africains pour le compte de la Russie suscite une pr\u00e9occupation grandissante sur le continent. Plusieurs pays, dont le Kenya, l\u2019Afrique du Sud, le Nigeria et la Gambie, ont alert\u00e9 sur des pratiques pr\u00e9sum\u00e9es consistant \u00e0 attirer de jeunes Africains en Russie. Ceci sous de fausses promesses d\u2019emploi, de postes dans le secteur de la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 ou d\u2019opportunit\u00e9s d\u2019\u00e9tudes. Selon les informations rapport\u00e9es, certains candidats seraient ensuite engag\u00e9s dans des op\u00e9rations militaires li\u00e9es au conflit en Ukraine, sans avoir initialement mesur\u00e9 les risques auxquels ils s\u2019exposaient.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Des estimations font \u00e9tat d\u2019environ 1 500 combattants africains impliqu\u00e9s dans la guerre en Ukraine.
